Considering the announcement of The Secretariat of the Convention on Biological Diversity to celebrate Biodiversity Day 2022 with the slogan : “Building a shared future for all life”. Elnet Foundation, an Ethiopian-based NGO mainly working on people, environment and animals, with the concept of One Health, expresses its interest in celebrating it in Ethiopia.
We plan to celebrate Biodiversity Day 2022 in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia at national level, on which awareness-raising campaigns, research presentations, FGD and related activities are to be undertaken on topics of climate change, health issues, food and water security, and sustainable livelihoods.
