Invitation to IGOs, NGOs, UN Organizations and Specialized Agencies to nominate a representative to attend the Open-ended Inter-sessional Meeting on the Strategic Plan, National Reports and the Implementation of the Convention (MSP) to be held in Montreal from 19 to 21 November 2001, back-to-back with SBSTTA-7. This nomination must be submitted to the Secretariat no later than 26 October 2001.
