In paragraph 10 (b) of decision X/17, the Conference of the Parties requested the Executive Secretary, in collaboration with the Global Partnership for Plant Conservation and other partners and relevant organizations, and subject to the availability of the necessary resources to develop, by 2012, an online version of the toolkit for the Global Strategy for Plant Conservation (GSPC).
