I am pleased to inform you that a regional capacity building workshop for the updating and revision of National Biodiversity Strategies and Action Plans (NBSAP) for East, South and Southeast Asia will be held in Xi’an, China from 9 to 16 May 2011.This workshop is organized by the Secretariat of the Convention on Biological Diversity (SCBD) with the generous support of the Governments of Japan and of China, as well as the European Community.
