Montreal, 8 June 2011- Serving as a reminder of the importance of translating international policy into local action, the Mayor of Montpellier, France, Madame Hélène Mandroux, paid a two-day visit to the seat of the Secretariat of the United Nations Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD) in Montreal.
