Assessment of funding needs for the implementation of the Convention gets under way

Montreal – 3 August 2011. The team of experts appointed to prepare an assessment of funding necessary and available for the implementation of the Convention on Biological Diversity for the period July 2014 to June 2018 held its first meeting at the premises of the Convention Secretariat in Montreal on 25-26 July 2011.
