CBD SBSTTA Recommendations XIV/11: Biodiversity of Dry and Sub-humid Lands and XIV/5 Biodiversity and Climate Change
Dear Madam/Sir, The fourteenth meeting of the Subsidiary Body on Scientific, Technical and Technological Advice (SBSTTA-14) held from 10to 21 May, 2010, requested the Executive Secretary to consult Parties in order to explore possibilities of developing a proposal on joint activities between the three Rio Conventions, and to report on the progress to the Conference of the Parties for its consideration at its tenth meeting. Accordingly, focal points are requested, if possible, in collaboration with focal points and other counterparts under the UNFCCC and UNCCD, to complete an online survey to capture such views.
