Dear Madam/Sir, I am pleased to inform you that, after due consideration of all nominations received, the selection of experts and observers for the above-mentioned meeting has been completed and cleared by the Bureau of the Conference of the Parties. The list of the experts and observers is annexed for your information. The selection of experts was based on the nominations received from the Parties taking into account their expertise, as well as gender balance and fair and equitable geographic representation.
